Mo Foster

As a world-class bass guitar player, Mo has played on over 350 studio albums with artists as varied as Phil Collins, Jeff Beck, Gerry Rafferty, Ringo Starr, Gil Evans, Gary Moore, Cher, Brian May, Andrew Lloyd-Webber & Tim Rice, and The London Symphony Orchestra. Apart from his five solo albums, Mo's production work includes albums for Dr John, Deborah Bonham, Maggie Bell, Gil Evans, and Linda Hoyle. Mo has composed hundreds of titles for the major Production Music Libraries. He co-wrote ‘So Far Away’ for Gary Moore, and ‘In My Car’ for Ringo Starr. Feature film work includes For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, and Revenge Of The Pink Panther. Mo’s new book — British Rock Guitar — was published in 2011, and in 2014 he was a recipient of a BASCA Gold Badge Award for his services to the music industry. www.mofoster.com
